Caviar Dreams: Exclusive Style Interview with Lisa Price

RSP: What is your position in the fashion industry?
Lisa: Besides being a heavy consumer? I created a fashion blog, LisaPriceInc., where I share my greatest obsessions, new found treasures, and an occasional brutal dis or few.

RSP: Style influence? Runway? Celebrity? Icons in the industry? Muses? Models?
Lisa: Oh gosh, what doesn't inspire my style! I would definitely have to say I'm much more runway inspired than celebrity inspired...red-soled shoes, big cities, sparkle, Kate Moss, champagne nights, the entire Andy Warhol era, orange boxes (Hermés), the movie Party Girl, cupcakes with lots of frostine, the Olsen twins - although I hate to admit it - it all inspires my style.

RSP: Describe your look in three words:
Lisa: Glitzy, bold, and quite-a-bit-of-black.

RSP: What is your most prized fashion possession?
Lisa: As loyal as I am in person, I'm not very loyal to my closet...my favorites change every second! But, I'd have to say that the possession that I'm most proud of (and so ready to whip out come fall) are my knee high, black suede and gold studded Christian Louboutin boots. They're so hot and strut circles around every other pair of shoes in my closet. I can't even take credit for them though, because my boyfriend actually picked them out, but I really do love them...and his great taste!

RSP: Pet Peeves?
Lisa: Overly plucked eyebrows, maraschino cherries in my cocktails, and Herve Leger bandage dresses worn in the daytime.

RSP: Favorite places to shop?
Lisa: I'm a Neiman's girl by genetics and Bergdorf Goodman is my temple. I'm also a huge online shopper. It's a little bit excessive.

RSP: Lip balm flavor?
Lisa: Sugar by Fresh. It's the best lip treatment in the world, has SPF 15 in it, and tastes amazing. I make sure to never run out of stock.

RSP: What's in your evening clutch?
Lisa: I can actually count the items I bring out with me at night on one hand; my ID, my amex, Tom Ford lipstick (in whatever shade I'm wearing that night), my iPhone, and fashion tape! Ok, and maybe I'll throw in a mint or two from dinner...but, you have got to be a minimalist when it comes to Judith Leiber.
RSP: Where can we find you in NYC?
Lisa: On the 7th floor of Bergdorf Goodman's sipping on a flute of Sheer Glamour (champagne, plum bitters, raw sugar) while I muster up a little strength to tackle the shoe salon.

RSP: Drink of choice?
Lisa: Bubbles!
