New Years Eve is the ultimate occasion for playing dress-up. The girls of RSP did a little shopping at Neiman Marcus in Fashion Valley and Azzaria boutique in Cardiff by the Sea for their sparkly and embellished party dresses.

This kind of girl dreams of shine, embellishments and glitz! Sequins have been all over the red carpet but celebs aren't the only ones who can pull it off. These sparklers by Alice + Olivia and Valentino Red is for those of you aren't afraid of being the center of attention; in fact it's for those who rival in it!
